Went there today just to ask some questions the woman there must of dealt with a lot of horrible people she was treating me like i was one of those horrible people she had a very short fuse and was quick to jump down my throat I couldn't wait to get out of the place it was a very bad vibe a foritfired instution hope i never have to go there every again. .
Rude people, having to continually call up to request the same information that they can't be bothered sending. Now overdue cheers!

They where very very rude on the phone to me they need to learn to talk nice to people on the phone they don't even know what they are doing the girl on the phone to me should lose her job.
