3 Different blokes over 3 consecutive weeks, and still the job isn't fixed. I still have raw sewerage coming out the side of my house. They put a camera down there, they cleared some tree roots, they assured me that I had 6 weeks to patch up the spot (with an epoxy sleeve) where the roots got in, which is perfectly fine by me. But after just one week after the roots and blockage being 'cleared' it's still not draining/flowing properly. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I don't like speaking ill of any local business but the amount of stress I have endured after being told it's fixed, or that they don't have the proper equipment and can't get their hands on it until a week later, (by then it was blocked again, cost me more to get it unblocked again) it has driven me to take my money elsewhere! I can't afford a plumber to come out every week and simply clear a blockage as opposed to thoroughly checking out what is causing it. I have taken my business elsewhere.
VERY UNRELIABLE.Started a job.., then refused to complete without informing me they cancelled my appointment.I will call them now and organise a big job.., then cancel it.
