Flat out lied to when purchasing a printer recently. Asked specifically if it came with a full set of toner or a starter set and was told with confidence that it was a full set.

This has to be one of the best customer service shops I have been in. You are greeted at the door with a lovely friendly smile, you are quickly served if need be otherwise left alone and service at Checkout is immediate. There is an enormous car park, passport photo supplies, Printing Supplies, computer access and of course no end of office supplies etc. I was very impressed with the store in Lismore.
Had a great experience at this store - I needed to return a product that wasnt exactly what I needed and the staff were very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the products that would work better for me. Exchanged no problems.
