My partner and a friend were visiting lismore from Sydney to attend the Tropical Fruits festival last new year. We wanted to keep training while we were camping and the trainers and athletes at CrossFit2480 welcomed us with open arms! We were put through really awesome workouts and felt at home. Definitely visiting again

Crossfit may look scary and I thought it wasn't for me. Being in my 40s, overweight and very sedentary, I wasn't sure I could do it. After contacting this gym, Tim was so kind and helpful that I decided to give it a go. I realised that crossfit actually is for everyone and it's really fun; sure it may be challenging but if I wanted something light and boring I would go for a walk instead. I highly recommend crossfit 2480, the best coaches, very friendly members and excellent facilities.
