Hi. I spend a lot of money each week in Coles Lismore buying for a small local restaurant. I buy lots of perishables (fish, beef, pork, chicken, frozen KB dumplings) which quickly need bagging up and taken on ice in an Esky on journey home. 3/4 hour drive home. There are never enough assisted checkouts manned. Self service checkouts don't scan properly and are slow and don't always work and you have to keep waiting for the one staff member to come and help. The staff are fantastic and work hard and diligently. There are just not enough of them! Put more staff on Coles Lismore and open up the three assisted checkouts in the store that are never manned!!!! Your staff in Lismore store are wonderful and work hard! You just need more of them!!!

Never have 10L spring water on the shevles. Went to the service desk which had no 1 there or the person was working the register instead. Was there before people at the smokes counter on the other side and was never acknowledged. Better staff and service at Woolworths
FRESH PRODUCE DEPARTMENT:NO CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY EVER CARE ABOUT IF THEY ARE BENT BANANAS OR STRAIGHT BANANAS. ITS THE CONTENTS THAT MATTER. FARMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELL ANY SHAPE THAT NATURE PROVIDES THEM RATHER DUMPING ANY BANANAS THAT ARE TOO STRAIGHT.
