A busy clinic. Mostly efficient and friendly.
I'm now the second time sitting in the waiting room for nearly 1 hour. If the client didn't show up, they need to pay 20 for no show. But if the doctor being late, they wound refund you anyway.
I faced difficulty in finding the entrance
Quick service and I like the fact she wasnt there to just write a prescription and send me on my way. Highly recommend!
Aside from an extended wait time, due to some understandable issues with a heap of staff off sick, my visit was absolutely unparalleled, the staff from reception, to nurse, to GP were brilliant, friendly and thorough. They showed a great deal of humility and made me feel super comfortable. The clinic is openly accepting of everyone, and they were really thorough in wanting to address a range of minor concerns, didn't feel rushed out the door at all. Will recommend them to everyone for sure!
