Rude, lazy, lying staffMoved out of a property I was renting through R Gordon a year ago, and just found out for a year they never on their end took me off as the primary tenant. For a year I was, without my knowledge, listed as the primary tenant for a property I wasn't living at.Called to discuss this with them and they tried to lie about it (I had just spoken with Rental Bonds online and they let me know R Gordon has only yesterday did anything). Calling them out on this lie all I got a dismissive scoff and 'oh well'. By that point I was so livid I had to hang up.
Outstanding rental team!, I have never experienced a more helpful rental team in my life. Vanessa and Jane are a real credit to R. Gordon and son. R Gordon and Sons are just a terrible real estate agent. If you're renting, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole as they'll take your shirt off your back and steal your bond. If your selling, LOOK OUT! I have heard stories. I notice anyone that gives them a one star, they pretend that they have never dealt with them! Don't pretend.
