Here's a list of the problems we had as first time tenants: They never got us back in for a lease renewal They didn't report the original inspection correctly, making us clear backyard mess that was originally there before we moved in They took months to get in contact with an electrician to put in a power point They never warned us about the mould removalist coming, although we had already removed the mould ourselves Never completed the inspections that were required every 3 months, only ever completed 1 (and never got back to us about how it went) Treated us with disrespect as soon as we entered the building, and didn't care about us or the house we were renting Never renting through Ray White again Wouldn't recommend this place for first time renters, or anytime for that matter

This was my first time getting a mortgage and buying a house. I have dealt with several other agencies in the area before buying a property through Ray White and I cant even compare this agency to any other in the area. Janelle from the day i enquired about my property right through to the day it has settled today has been nothing short of amazing. She has gone above and beyond helping with the sale (as I live in Sydney) visiting the property on and off to give me additional photos, measure up things for me and even offering to take all the curtains down, wash them at home and hang them up again for me just to help out. I work in Real Estate in Sydney and I can safely say that you will not get service like this anywhere else. Janelle and the team at Ray White are professional and give a personal warm experience. If i was selling a house or looking for property management i would not hesitate to list my property with them as the service is exceptional. Thanks team for helping bring my dream together.
