Do not rent through these people, everything they do is illegal and the property managers will do everything they can to ruin your rental prospects and steal your money just because they don't like you. The owner is no help at all and just helps the property managers clean up their unprofessional tactics and illegal, fraudulent paperwork.

Worst real estate ever. Staff threaten and intimidate tenants and if you exercise your rights they harrass you. They consistently lose rent payments and take weeks and sometimes months to actually put the effort into fixing their mistakes. They illegally issue termination notices. Avoid them at all costs.
