Never stayed there but I believe that are reasonable
Convenient location, though the inner courtyard surrounded by commercial buildings seems a bit odd at first. Room neat and clean, most fixtures and finishes appear less than 5 years old. Proper steam iron - always a bonus when traveling for business! Staff were friendly and courtesy-called to confirm check-in before I arrived. Decent Viet restaurant on site (lunch and dinner, no breakfast). Would happily stay again.
Room was dusty. For the price could of been better. Front dest man wasn't very happy, it was like we interrupted his soap storys.
We been there before it was great had big room great room and great restaurant BUT this time hated it we come grafton alot for hospital appointments so you would have us alot not now the restaurant isn't good the room was small so be going to a another place next time.
Should be bulldozed. You have to slam the front door and go to the physio after trying to slide the back door to balcony. The room also stunk like a sewer . I nearly forgot to say about the guys on the drink at 2am waking every man and his dog up.
