Absolutely delightful. Arrived at this quaint motel after a long day on the road. The air-con already had the room at 20 degrees so I was comfortable as soon as I stepped inside. The room including the bath room have been fully refurbished with crisp modern decor. It was like staying in a brand new apartment. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, I ordered a room service dinner of barramundi and salad, there was a great range of tasty options to choose from, and bacon with poached eggs for breakfast....best tasting bacon !!! The family room has two main rooms, one has a dining table for 4, a three seater lounge, single bed, TV and kitchenette and the second room has a king bed, TV writing desk and wardrobe. Very large and spacious accommodation. A bathroom is accessible from both rooms and is immaculate with shower, vanity, toilet. Would highly recommend this for business travellers needing accommodation in Lismore and the beautiful sparkling pool would make this a great destination for a family.

Visiting Lismore on business and in need of a simply a place to sleep for a single night, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Dawson Motor Inn.The rooms have been clearly recently renovated, the AC works great, the bathroom exhaust fan does the job, and the bed is very comfortable. Combined with polite and friendly staff, and drinkable (filtered?) tap water, I am impressed enough to take the 5 minutes to write this review. Any regular business traveller will know that motels can be hit and miss. If what youre seeking is a clean, comfortable place to rest- youll be more than happy with the Dawson.
