Rude unfriendly managers, outdated room. One star each for the comfortable bed and the location.
Disgusting!Family rooms are not displayed in images to show you how they look compared to the pretty ones on their website. Paid $160 arranged well before booking so not impressed to be shoved in a room under a stairwell with the smallest window possible in a room that looks very different to the images online.Pool was dirty, light in room not working and when approaching staff being told they could do nothing about it. Do yourself a favour if you have a family find somewhere else!
So close to gympie town..comfy and friendly...had a quiet sleep even it is so close to the hyway..
About what you would expect for a cheaper option motel. Clean, tidy and has a/c and foxtel. Staff are lovely and very central location.
